Bulletins

1. ARSU MEGA FINE ARTS DAY!
- Music themed artwork on display on March 10th
- Create a work of art based on a favorite song, band, musician, artist, etc.
- Examples could be album cover designs, portraits, illustrations of lyrics, etc.
- Entries due to the Art Room by Monday March 7th
2. CHAFFEE ART CENTER - STUDENT ART EXHIBIT
- A chance to have your work on display at the Chaffee Art Center in Rutland.
- Theme this year: Energy
- Work can be done in any medium (painting, drawing, sculpture, digital, etc)
- 14 works of art will be selected from FHUHS to be displayed
- Entries due to the Art Room by Friday March 18th
There is still time to sign up for the 2016 Frigus, taking place Saturday 2/27/2016...click on link provided http://www.endurancesociety.org/frigus.html and check out what is in store. Summer Programs and Opportunities:  There are a large number of summer opportunities offered by colleges and other organizations available for high school students.  We have binders in the Guidance Office or visit https://sites.google.com/a/arsu.org/guidance/other-pages/student-programs  for more detailed descriptions.
Vermont History Day Competition ~ 2016
The theme for 2016 is "Exploration, Encounter, Exchange in History."
"The entry forms (PDF) are due by March 8, 2016. Students are encouraged to nominate their projects for Special Prizes."If you have any questions, please contact the Librarian: dehler-hansen@arsu.org

15-16 Honor Roll

There will be an informational and sign up meeting for all boys interested in playing baseball in the spring on Wednesday, the 24th of February, in Mr. Ruby's room after school.
