On Tuesday, February 9th, Fair Haven Union High School will host an Open House for students entering FHUHS during the 2016-17 school year. The evening will begin at 6:30 p.m. (More Information).
Report cards will not be printed this marking period, instead semester, marking period, and exam grades will be released through PowerSchool. Families will be notified through "Alert Now" when grades are available to view. We will still print report cards but only by request.
Summer Programs and Opportunities: There are a large number of summer opportunities offered by colleges and other organizations available for high school students. We have binders in the Guidance Office or visit https://sites.google.com/a/arsu.org/guidance/other-pages/student-programs for more detailed descriptions.
Vermont History Day Competition ~ 2016
The theme for 2016 is "Exploration, Encounter, Exchange in History."
"The entry forms (PDF) are due by March 8, 2016. Students are encouraged to nominate their projects for Special Prizes."If you have any questions, please contact the Librarian: dehler-hansen@arsu.org
Freedom & Unity Youth Film Contest, due by April 15, 2016. Winners will receive prizes or cash awards. (More Information)
Our 2nd Annual Slater Art Contest is also underway. This year's theme is "Around the World." Entries may be done in any medium and are due to the Art Room by Friday February 5th. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and People's Choice and will be announced during Night of the Elephant talent show!
Parents and students can now see historical grades from previous classes, cumulative GPA (weighted and unweighted), and class ranking from their Powerschool login.
