ARSU STEP UP CHALLENGE – 1/2/2014 to 1/29/2014:
This is our 2nd year of the Step Up Challenge! Each building will track their steps for 4 weeks in JANUARY!
The total steps will be divided by the number of employees working in the building(s) – so it is important that everyone participate. You can sign up with your building’s wellness leader (FHU is Deborah Hanson email@example.com) and receive a tracking form. Your weekly steps should be turned in on Friday each week to your wellness leader.
The winning BUILDING will receive $150 to purchase wellness materials. This year we will also have individual prizes!
