ART DEPARTMENT NEWS: 
Congratulations to the final Top 10 Standings on placing in our Weekly Sketch contestEach week these students have consistently showcased their talent, accumulating points throughout the semester:
1st Ella Patterson / 2nd Olivia Cacciatore / 3rd Hilary Dubois / 4th Kelsi Bean / 5th Tiana Sanchez / 6th Emily Hughes / 7th Ellena Boelke / 8th Maria Ieremias / 9th Sophia Rampone / 10th Mallory Hooker & Rachael Butrimas 

ALSO – there is STUDENT ARTWORK on display at the ARSU Central Office!  Work will be up for the remainder of the month – so if you happen to pass by please take a moment to check it out.  There are some beautiful portraits from the drawing classes, as well as work from the Independent Study students. 

CHEERLEADER NEWS:
Rutland Competition will take place on Saturday - February 1 at the Rutland Middle School Gym.  Competition begins at 3:00 p.m..  Can't wait to see our SLATER fans there!  COST is $4 for students.

The LIBRARY will be CLOSED Wednesday afternoon (1/29) due to EARLY RELEASE (11:30 a.m.)

ART DEPARTMENT NEWS: 
Congratulations to the final Top 10 Standings on placing in our Weekly Sketch contestEach week these students have consistently showcased their talent, accumulating points throughout the semester:

ALSO – there is STUDENT ARTWORK on display at the ARSU Central Office!  Work will be up for the remainder of the month – so if you happen to pass by please take a moment to check it out.  There are some beautiful portraits from the drawing classes, as well as work from the Independent Study students. 

CHEERLEADER NEWS:
Rutland Competition SAVE THE DATE - Will take place on Saturday - February 1 at Rutland Middle School.  Time TBA.

KEYNOTES will begin this week! 
Rehearsals will be held on TUESDAY & THURSDAY mornings before school in the CHORUS ROOM – 8-8:20 a.m..

PLAN Test RESULTS: will be released to SOPHOMORES the 1st two weeks in February – during selected Study Halls.

SENIOR VISION SCREENINGS: Have started FRIDAY – 1/24!  We will try to call from Study Halls – but being seniors they have Senior Privileges – so please be patient if we have to call your classrooms!  When SENIORS are complete – we will be doing the FRESHMEN – mostly during Freshmen Labs.  TY
